The Orani Fish Landing is designed to support stall operations by providing stall account management, staff account management, role-based authentication, inventory management, product encoding, sales transaction recording, collections management, payment history tracking, sales report generation, real-time notifications, and delivery tracking. The system aims to replace manual record-keeping and improve transparency, efficiency, and accountability.
Access to the Web Application of the Orani Fish Landing System is restricted to registered Stall Owners, authorized Staff, and Administrators affiliated with the Orani Fish Landing Facility. Each user must use only their assigned account credentials.
Users must provide accurate and complete registration information and maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials. Stall Owners are responsible for managing staff accounts and monitoring activities performed under their stall account.
The Web Application implements role-based authentication. Users shall not attempt to access features, records, or data outside their assigned role. Unauthorized access attempts may result in account suspension or termination.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all encoded information, including inventory, sales, collections, and payments, is accurate and complete. All transactions are digitally logged for transparency and auditing purposes.
All sales transactions recorded in the Web Application serve as official digital records. Reports generated by the system are based solely on encoded data. Users must verify all entries before final submission.
The system provides tools to monitor customer debts ("utang") and payment history. Automated notifications serve as reminders only and do not guarantee payment recovery. Stall Owners remain responsible for verifying and updating payment records.
All data is stored in a secure digital database. Users shall not manipulate, alter, delete, or tamper with system records without authorization. Uploading malicious software or attempting to disrupt system operations is strictly prohibited.
The system may experience temporary downtime due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues. The administration shall not be held liable for losses resulting from interruptions beyond reasonable control.
Business and financial data entered into the system shall be treated as confidential. Users shall not share internal data, reports, or account information with unauthorized individuals unless required by law.
Users shall not use the system for illegal activities, encode false transactions, attempt hacking, reverse engineering, or share login credentials with unauthorized persons. Violations may result in disciplinary action or permanent removal of access.
The Web Application functions as a digital management tool. The developers and administrators are not liable for financial losses due to incorrect data entry, business disputes, or misuse of the system.
The administration reserves the right to modify these Terms and Agreement when necessary. Continued use of the Web Application constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Access may be suspended or terminated if the user violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activities, or is no longer affiliated with the system.
By agreeing, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Agreement.
